Controller

Data is processed by ALBA, SAS au capital de 1 000 €, Résidence Les Jardins de Saint Jean, 97133 Saint-Barthélemy, for orders placed in the Bloomy app. Contact: lapetitefleursbh@outlook.fr.

Data collected

To prepare and deliver an order: the sender’s name, phone and email; the recipient’s name, phone and delivery address; the order contents, the card message and delivery instructions. The app requires no account, uses no advertising or tracking and does not collect location.

Payment

Payment is processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed payment provider. Card details are entered with Mollie and never reach us. We only receive the payment status and the method used.

Use

This data is only used to prepare, deliver and follow the order, to contact you about it and to issue the receipt. It is never sold or shared.

Retention

Orders are kept for the period required by accounting obligations (10 years), then deleted.

Hosting

Data is hosted on a server operated by Roumane & Companies (host: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, within legal obligations, by writing to lapetitefleursbh@outlook.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).

On the device

The app only keeps your chosen language on your phone.
