Seller

The floral creations offered in the Bloomy app are sold by ALBA, SAS au capital de 1 000 €, Résidence Les Jardins de Saint Jean, 97133 Saint-Barthélemy, registered with the trade register (RCS) under Basse-Terre 980 168 587. Contact: lapetitefleursbh@outlook.fr, +590 690 41 86 14.

Products

Our creations are handmade with fresh flowers. Photos are indicative: depending on arrivals, some flowers may be replaced by varieties of equal value, in the same spirit.

Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable (Saint-Barthélemy)). Any delivery fee is shown before payment. Pickup at the atelier is free.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed once the payment is accepted. Payment is processed online by our provider Mollie (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay depending on the device). We never see your card details. A receipt is available in the app.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver anywhere on the island of Saint-Barthélemy, from 8:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 16:00, on the chosen date. Pickup is at the atelier, 36 Les Jardins de Saint-Jean, 97133 Saint-Barthélemy. If the recipient is away, we contact them; the creation may be left with the person present (concierge, reception, villa staff).

Withdrawal

Fresh flowers deteriorate quickly: under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these creations. If a creation arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us the same day with a photo: we will replace or refund it.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge until its preparation has started, by phone or email. The refund is made to the payment method used.
